The Challenge: Financial institutions need data-driven insights to optimise

The Solution: Built dual-interface analytics platform (Streamlit +
React/Flask) featuring 6 ML algorithms for subscription prediction, K-Means customer
segmentation, contact optimisation analysis, and economic impact assessment with premium
banking UI.

outdated 20+ year pricing models, lacking ML-powered risk prediction and real-time fraud

The Solution: Built enterprise-grade insurance platform with
CatBoost/XGBoost/Neural Network ensemble (AUC 0.65+), actuarial pricing engine, real-time
fraud detection API, SHAP explainability, and interactive Streamlit dashboard with 10+

The Challenge: Healthcare research administrators spend weeks manually
analysing NIHR funding data scattered across Excel files for parliamentary reporting and
strategic decisions.
The Solution: Built comprehensive BI platform (4,492 lines) with automated
ETL, 11 research programmes analysis, 314 constituencies mapped, data quality scoring
(73.6%), and parliament-ready visualisations.

The Challenge: Forest biomass prediction required integrating complex
